  • Q1: How many hours the solar refrigerator or freezer can work for ?

    A: It can be used for 24 hours everyday in case of solar and AC electricity together. If just use solar power, it can be use 14-16 hours in case of battery full.

  • Q2: What's the charging time?

    A: About 6-8 hours under strong sunlight.

  • Q3: What is MOQ ?

    A: MOQ is 40HQ container, for first cooperation you can mix 2-3 items in one container.

  • Q4: What is power of solar panel and battery should I use ?

    A: We will provide it for your reference according different working condition.

  • Q5: Can I put my own brand on unit ?

    A: Yes , OEM is acceptable based on 50 pieces.

  • Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products ?

    A: Yes , 2 years for DC compressor , 1 year for other parts.

  • Q7: Do you offer any spare parts ?

    A: Yes , usually we offer you 2% spare parts.
